Field Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives who can visit residential societies, schools, and institutions to introduce SocioSports programs, conduct meetings with management committees, and convert them into event confirmation orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit residential apartments, gated communities, schools, and sports facilities to present SocioSports events and convince them for conducting event.

• Meet association members, facility managers, and decision-makers
• Explain services, pricing, and benefits clearly
• Generate leads and maintain a daily visit and follow-up record
• Coordinate with internal teams to onboard new societies
• Achieve monthly targets for meetings and conversions
• Build long-term relationships with clients

Qualification & Skills Required:

Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Diploma / Any Degree

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or marketing preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and willingness to travel may also apply
• Good communication skills in Telugu (English/Hindi is a plus)
• Comfortable with field visits and local travel
• Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, Google Maps, forms, etc.)
• Ability to explain services clearly and handle client objections
