You will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint by establishing and nurturing a network of B2B clients. Key Responsibilities

• Market Penetration: Proactively visit and engage with a diverse range of B2B clients, including wallpaper stores, interior designers, architects, and hardware retailers, to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Product Evangelism: Effectively present and sell our exclusive catalogues of imported wallpapers and flooring. Demonstrate product features, communicate benefits, and clearly articulate our unique value proposition.
• Revenue Generation: Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by converting prospects into long-term business partners.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Territory Management: Strategically manage your assigned territory by planning efficient daily routes and prioritizing high-potential client visits.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights in our CRM system. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on performance and market trends.

Candidate Profile: What You’ll Bring to the Team

Essential Requirements

• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Kannada.
• Sales Experience: 0–3 years of proven success in a B2B field sales role.
• Core Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A confident communicator who can build rapport with ease.

• Resilient & Tenacious: Able to handle rejection positively and remain persistent in the face of challenges.
