About Medstown:

Medstown is an AI-powered medicine delivery platform that partners with local pharmacies to deliver medicines to customers quickly and efficiently. We are building a strong pharmacy network to improve medicine availability and delivery across the city.

Job Role:

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to onboard pharmacies onto the Medstown platform. The role involves visiting pharmacies, explaining the Medstown platform, onboarding them, and providing training on how to use the partner app.

Key Responsibilities

• Pharmacy Visits
• Visit pharmacies assigned by Medstown daily.
• Introduce Medstown and explain how the platform works.

Pharmacy Onboarding

• Convince pharmacy owners to partner with Medstown.
• Complete onboarding and registration process.

Product Demo

• Demonstrate the Medstown Pharmacy Partner App.
• Explain order flow, delivery process, and payments.

Training

• Train pharmacy staff on how to accept and process orders.
• Ensure they understand the platform features.

Relationship Management

• Maintain good relationships with partner pharmacies.
• Address queries and provide initial support.

Market Feedback

• Share insights about pharmacy needs, competition, and market trends.
• Requirements: 2–3 years experience in field sales / pharma sales / medical representative / distributor sales
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with daily field visits
• Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge
• Experience working with pharmacies or healthcare industry is a plus
