Job Overview

We are looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to onboard local transport vendors,

mini-truck owners, drivers, and riders onto the Movepe platform. The role involves

ground-level sales, relationship building, and daily onboarding targets.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor & Transporter Onboarding

● Identify and visit local transporters, mini-truck owners, fleet operators

● Explain Movepe benefits, pricing, and earning model

● Onboard vendors on the Movepe app/platform

● Collect and verify documents (RC, DL, Aadhaar, Bank details, etc.)

● Ensure vendors are active and accepting bookings

Rider / Driver Onboarding

● Recruit drivers (Tata Ace, Bolero, Pickup, 2W riders if applicable)

● Conduct basic verification and app training

● Help drivers understand trip flow, payments, and support process

Field Sales & Relationship Management

● Visit markets, transport hubs, warehouses, business areas

● Build long-term relationships with vendors

● Resolve onboarding issues and coordinate with support team

● Meet daily/weekly onboarding targets

Reporting

● Maintain daily onboarding reports

● Share ground insights, competitor activity, and feedback

Eligibility & Requirements

● Minimum 10th / Intermediate / Degree (any stream)

● 1-3 years experience in field sales / logistics / delivery / onboarding

● Good communication skills (Telugu mandatory, Hindi/English preferred)

● Own bike & smartphone preferred

● Willingness to work in field, markets, and transport hubs

Skills Required

● Strong persuasion & negotiation skills

● Basic smartphone & app usage knowledge

● Local area knowledge (Hyderabad routes & hubs)

● Self-motivated & target-driven
