Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Packaging Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive with experience or interest in the packaging industry (flexible packaging). The role involves generating new business, meeting clients from manufacturing sectors, and promoting customized packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries such as FMCG, Pharma, E-commerce, and Manufacturing

- Conduct field visits to factories, warehouses, and offices to pitch packaging products

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions

- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing

- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business

- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order execution

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in field sales (preferably in packaging,or related industries)

- Strong understanding of B2B sales

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Willingness to travel locally/regionally

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools

- Graduate preferred (any stream)

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of flexible packaging, or printing solutions

- Ability to handle industrial clients and bulk orders

- Strong follow-up and closing skills

- Local market knowledge of manufacturing units/industrial areas

Salary & Benefits:

- Fixed Salary 15,000 to 25,000 + Attractive Incentives

Working Conditions:

- Field-based role (daily client visits required)
