Job Description

Job Summary:  


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter / HR Manager to oversee all HR-related activities, The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, payroll, and fostering a positive work environment.  


Key Responsibilities:  


 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:  


- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.  

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.  

- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.  

- Conduct background checks and reference verification.  

- Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.  


 2. Employee Relations & Engagement:  


- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a professional manner.  

- Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities.  

- Implement retention strategies to reduce employee turnover.  


 3. HR Policies & Compliance:  


- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as per labor laws.  

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to employment.  

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.  


 4. Performance Management & Training:  


- Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide feedback mechanisms.  

- Identify training and development needs for employees.  

- Conduct HR training sessions, including soft skills, communication, and leadership programs.  


 5. Payroll & Compensation Management:  


- Assist in processing payroll and maintaining employee salary records.  

- Manage leaves, attendance, and other HR-related documentation.  

- Handle employee benefits, incentives, and rewards programs.  


 6. HR Strategy & Planning:  


- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.  

- Work closely with senior management on workforce planning and HR initiatives.  

- Suggest improvements for HR processes and workflows.  


 Required Qualifications & Skills:  

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  

- Experience: 0-5 years of experience in HR (preferably in recruitment and HR operations).  

- Strong understanding of employees' compliance, and HR best practices.  

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.  

- Proficiency in MS Office and other advanced skills will be added advantage

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
