💰 Salary: ₹25,000 (In-Hand) + PF ₹3,600 + Daily Petrol Allowance ₹5.15 per km + Incentives up to ₹5,000/month

We're on the lookout for Field Relationship Managers who are energetic, persuasive, and ready to take on the challenge of closing rental deals and building strong client relationships in the real estate space.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:🚗 Visit customer locations daily (based on company-provided leads).

🏠 Interact with property owners and tenants to finalize rental agreements.

🤝 Facilitate negotiations and close deals efficiently.

📸 Verify property listings and ensure all details/photos are authentic.

📋 Maintain accurate documentation and submit daily visit reports.

🎯 Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

✅ What We're Looking For:6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales or any client-facing role.

Must own a bike with a valid driving license.

Comfortable traveling 50–80 km daily.

Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Immediate joiners (0–7 days notice period) preferred.

💼 What We Offer:💸 Fixed Salary: ₹23,000 (In-Hand) + PF ₹3,600
