To drive secondary retailing as the core

responsibility and support achievement of primary sales targets as required

by the company within the assigned territory.

COMPETENCIES

Secondary Sales & Retailing

Achieve

monthly secondary sales targets through effective retail coverage.

Ensure

100% beat adherence and outlet coverage as per plan.

Increase

numeric and weighted distribution in the assigned territory.

Ensure

proper visibility, merchandising, and scheme execution at retail

outlets.

Maintain

strong retailer relationships and drive repeat orders.

Primary Sales

Support

achievement of primary sales targets through proper distributor

coordination.

Assist

in order planning and stock replenishment at distributor level.

Monitor

distributor stock levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.

Market Intelligence & Collections

Track

competitor activities, pricing, and new launches.

Ensure

timely payment collection as per company policy.

Submit

DSR and market feedback regularly.

Education,

Experience & Skills

12th

/ Graduate in any discipline.

1–4

years of FMCG sales experience (Freshers can be considered for JSO

level).

Strong

retail sales orientation and target-driven mindset.

Good

communication and negotiation skills.

Understanding

of FMCG distribution and secondary sales management.

Knowledge

of local territory and retail network.

Basic

reporting and data handling skills.

Two-wheeler

with valid driving license mandatory.
