Job Opening: Marketing & Field Sales Executive (Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customers for distribution transformers and panel boards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and technical discussions
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and order coordination
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical or related field (preferred)
- Experience in electrical equipment sales (Transformers / Panels preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for field sales
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
