Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Painting Sales Expert to join our team at Khatraj. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their painting requirements, and converting company-provided leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential customers from company-provided leads

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable painting solutions

• Convert leads into sales through effective communication

• Maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve assigned sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (painting/home improvement preferred)

• Bike & valid driving licence mandatory

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Target-oriented and self-driven
