About the RoleWe are looking for dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executives who can help expand digital payment solutions by onboarding merchants and promoting payment devices such as QR codes, Soundbox, and POS machines.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with merchants, and driving product adoption in the local market.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and schedule market visits for lead generation.
• Acquire new merchants and enable digital payment solutions at retail outlets.
• Promote and sell QR Codes, Soundbox devices, EDC/Card Swipe Machines, POS software, insurance, and other financial products.
• Deploy devices and explain product benefits and best practices to merchants.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and merchant retention.
• Visit existing merchants and resolve any device or service issues.
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights for product improvements.
• Achieve monthly sales and activation targets.
• Candidate RequirementsAge: 18 – 35 years
• Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate
• Experience: 0 – 3 years in Telecom, Banking, Retail, Wallet, E-commerce, or Field Sales
• Freshers with strong sales interest can also apply
• Must have Two-Wheeler with Valid Driving License
• Must own a Smartphone with basic app knowledge
• Good communication and negotiation skills
