Field Sales Executive

🎯 Job Role & Responsibilities

• Visit kirana stores, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, offices, and wholesalers daily
• Promote and sell packaged drinking water, soft drinks, FMCG & daily-use products
• Onboard new retail & bulk customers in assigned areas
• Take daily orders and coordinate with operations team for delivery
• Collect outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets & incentive goals
• Conduct market surveys and report competitor pricing & schemes
• Ensure product visibility & placement in retail outlets
• Maintain daily visit & sales report via WhatsApp/Excel/CRM

✅ RequirementsMinimum

• Freshers & Experienced both can Apply
• Must have a two-wheeler & valid driving license
• Knowledge of Hyderabad local markets preferred
• Ability to speak Hindi , Basic English & Telugu.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Comfortable with targets and performance-based incentives
