Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Solar Field Sales Executive to promote and sell rooftop solar systems to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The role involves field visits, lead generation, site assessment coordination, and closing sales while achieving monthly targets.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market activities
  • Meet residential / commercial customers to explain rooftop solar solutions
  • Conduct basic electricity bill analysis and explain savings calculations
  • Coordinate site surveys with technical team
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotations
  • Follow up regularly to close sales
  • Achieve monthly sales targets (kW / revenue-based)
  • Maintain daily activity and lead reports
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Handle documentation for net metering and subsidy (if applicable)
  • Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and convincing skills
  • Basic understanding of solar rooftop systems
  • Knowledge of net metering process (preferred)
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate pricing
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Comfortable with field work and local travel
  • Educational QualificationDiploma / B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil) – Preferred
  • Any Graduate with relevant sales experience may apply
  • Experience Requirements1–4 years of field sales experience
  • Solar industry experience preferred
  • Experience in electrical products / building materials / EPC sales is a plus
  • Other RequirementsTwo-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
  • Willing to travel within assigned territory
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM reporting
