*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth within the home interior sector. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.


*Key Responsibilities:*


- *Generate Leads:* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.

  

- *Client Engagement:* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored home interior solutions.

  

- *Sales Presentations:* Conduct on-site presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our home interior products and services.

  

- *Consultation:* Provide expert advice to clients on product selection, design options, and home interior solutions that best meet their requirements.

  

- *Negotiation:* Prepare and negotiate quotes, proposals, and contracts to secure sales and achieve targets.

  

- *Market Analysis:* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.

  

- *Reporting:* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and opportunities.


- *Customer Service:* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on after-sales service.


*Qualifications:*


- *Experience:* Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the home interior or related industry.

  

- *Skills:* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  

- *Communication:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  

- *Knowledge:* Familiarity with home interior products and trends is an advantage.

  

- *Education:* A bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, interior design, or a related field is preferred.

  

- *Driving License:* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated area.
