Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries from leads generated through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable rental properties.
- Schedule and conduct property visits with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants for smooth transactions.
- Negotiate rental terms between owners and tenants professionally.
- Update daily activity reports, client follow-ups, and visit details.
- Ensure transparent communication and maintain service quality.
- Support the team in achieving monthly targets.
