Job Title: Field Sales Associate

convenient, and cost-effective transportation solutions. We provide electric two wheelers on rent to

individuals and businesses. As a first in the country, we are providing unique 24/7 services to our

customers which include battery delivery, battery swapping & breakdown assistance.

Position Overview:

Bijliride is seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Field Sales Associates to join our growing team. This

role involves interacting directly with customers in the field, onboarding riders and business partners,

and driving lead conversions across assigned territories. The position offers an exciting opportunity to

be part of a high-impact mobility revolution while developing strong sales and communication skills.


Roles and Responsibilities:

● Identify and onboard new customers, delivery partners, and local businesses

● Generate leads through field visits, area mapping, events, and local promotions

● Clearly explain Bijliride services and convert inquiries into active rentals

● Assist customers with registration, KYC, and onboarding processes

● Track daily field activities, lead status, and performance metrics using CRM tools

● Build and maintain positive relationships with gig workers, delivery firms, and key

stakeholders

● Support on-ground marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives

● Collect feedback from customers to improve service offerings

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth fleet allocation and timely service


Preferred Candidate Profile:

● 0–3 years of experience in field sales or business development

● Experience in EVs, mobility, logistics, or retail sales is a plus

● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

● Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability

● Comfortable traveling extensively within assigned territory

● Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge

● Languages: Hindi, English & Telugu preferred

● Immediate joiners strongly preferred

● Knowledge of electric vehicle technology and sustainability initiatives is a plus. Staying

updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to

identify opportunities for business expansion
