Job TitleField Sales Executive – Real Estate

LocationHyderabad / Site Locations (Field Role)

About the RoleThe Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients on-site, showcasing DTCP/open plots and flats, and closing sales to achieve monthly targets.​

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and local marketing activities.​
  • Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers; explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.​
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable projects/plots/units.​
  • Negotiate and close bookings; ensure documentation and payment collection as per company process.​
  • Maintain and update lead/visit data in CRM or Excel and share daily/weekly reports.​
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, local brokers, and walk‑in customers.​
  • Stay updated on competing projects, pricing, and local real estate trends.​
  • Desired Candidate ProfileEducation: 10+2 / Graduate in any stream. Real estate or field sales experience preferred but not mandatory for junior roles.​
  • 0–3 years in real estate / field sales / BFSI / telecom will be an added advantage.​
  • Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
  • Two‑wheeler and Android mobile mandatory; willingness to travel for field work.​
  • Target‑oriented, convincing, and comfortable with weekend working and weekday week‑off.
  • Salary & BenefitsFixed salary (as per experience) + attractive incentives on each booking.​
  • Travel/mobile allowance as per company policy.
  • Training on projects, site pitches, objection handling, and closing techniques.
