Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Bakarchand Inc. (Lifestyle Products)

Location: Hyderabad (and Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Gurugram) (Field Job - Covering entire city, 80-100 km daily travel)

Probation: 30 days, salary at ₹15,000 / month, Target-based Clearance, Atleast 20% salary hike (on ₹15,000) on completion of Probation.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 fixed per month + 10% commission on all collected payments

Experience: Freshers welcome | Preferred: Field Sales experience

Job Type: Full Time | 6 days a week | Timings: 12 PM – 10 PM (Field-based)

What You Will Own (Key Responsibilities)

• Visit boutique smoke shops & paan shops (that sell rolling papers/smoking accessories) daily across Bengaluru
• Refill orders, ensure ZenBlend availability, great shelf visibility & attractive displays
• Onboard new retailers and expand our network aggressively
• Achieve monthly sales targets and collect payments on time (manage overdues)
• Provide market feedback, track competitors, and help shape the brand's growth
• Hustle hard, build strong shop relationships, and drive repeat business

Who We're Looking For (Must-Haves)

• Age 18–33 years
• 10th pass, Street-Smart Individuals
• Valid 2-wheeler driving license (mandatory)
• Energetic, extroverted, street-smart, and confident communicator
• Fluent in Telugu + Hindi + English
• Smartphone-savvy (for order tracking, photos, WhatsApp updates)
• Ready to travel 60–80 km daily in the field
• Freshers with the right attitude are strongly encouraged – we train fast!
