Job Description

Field Sales Executive

Hireginie is hiring for a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) in India. Our client is a major player in the high-speed broadband sector, with a focus on rapid expansion and market leadership.

Role Overview

As a Field Sales Executive, you will drive customer acquisition and market penetration within assigned territories in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Sales: Promote and sell broadband services to targeted customers within assigned branch areas.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads through door-to-door (D2D) activities and cold calling.
  • Responsiveness: Attend to all customer inquiry calls within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Marketing Activities: Execute weekly Below-The-Line (BTL) initiatives, including kiosk setups, leafleting, and brochure distribution.
  • Optimization: Identify and target "Low Utilized Elements" in your area to maximize the company's network capacity utilization.
  • Reporting: Maintain and submit daily call reports to the Reporting Manager.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of Field Sales experience (open to any industry).
  • Education: Intermediate (10+2) or Graduate.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills with proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
  • Preferred Background: Candidates from Telecom, ISP, FMCG, Retail, Pharma, or BFSI sectors.

Work Details

  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  • Working Saturdays: 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of the month are working days.
  • Locations: Hyderabad (Kompally, Suchitra, and Medchal).
