Field Sales Executive

Job description: Travel to various locations to conduct recruitment drives, job fairs, and other outreach activities. Responsible for actively sourcing, attracting, and hiring drivers for our company by directly engaging with potential candidates in the field, often through BTL activities, networking events, and building relationships with local communities

Should have:

1. Proven experience in field recruitment, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential candidates.

4. Have a bike and willingness to travel
