Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Hyderabad, India

Working Days: 6 days working, 1 day off

Salary: 30k Fixed+25k Variable

Shift Timing: 10am - 7pm.

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our market presence in Bangalore.

Job Summary: As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing relationships with potential clients in the gated community segment. You will identify new business opportunities, engage with stakeholders, and promote MyGate's offerings to enhance community living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients within gated communities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct on-site presentations and demonstrations of MyGate’s solutions to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with property managers, residential associations, and other stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities and emerging trends in the industry.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in field sales is preferable (Freshers are also applicable).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the Bangalore region.
