Job Purpose:

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by visiting construction sites, contractors, and builders.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit construction sites, dealers, contractors, and builders daily

Promote and sell products such as cements, Tile Adhesives & Grouts, Waterproofing materials, Wall putty & Primers

Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing customers

Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure payment collection

Share daily visit and sales reports with the sales manager

Requirements:

Any Qualification

1–7 years of field sales experience

Good communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable with field work

Salary & Benefits:

25K - 35K( Fixed Salary) + 5K-10K (Incentives with chance of earning more)

Fixed salary + Sales incentives

Travel allowance

Sales Training
