Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive


Reports to: Sales Manager


Job Summary:


We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to become a vital member of our team in the generator installation sector. This is a field sales job, and the candidate is expected to visit the customer's site on a daily basis. The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying and acquiring new clients, managing customer relationships, and liaising with the technical team to ensure the timely and efficient installation of generator systems. This position requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of power backup solutions, and a strong enthusiasm for field sales.


Key Responsibilities:


*Business Development:


Identify and engage potential clients, including commercial complexes, residential societies, hospitals, industrial units, and educational institutions. Generate leads through cold calling,site visits, networking, and digital platforms.


*Client Engagement and Sales:


Comprehend client requirements and recommend appropriate generator models and solutions. Prepare and present quotations, conduct negotiations, and successfully close sales.


*Site Assessment and Coordination:


Execute site visits in collaboration with the technical team to evaluate installation feasibility.


Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to facilitate the smooth execution of installation projects.


*Customer Relationship Management:


Foster and sustain long-term relationships with clients. Follow up on service contracts, annual maintenance renewals, and identify potential upselling opportunities.


Preferred Qualifications:


1. Basic understanding of diesel generators or a demonstrated willingness to learn.


2. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or other sales tools is advantageous.


Also, preferred experience- field sales or field service in automobiles, industrial and construction goods, Finance products, FMCG, automotive spares etc. 

Candidate should have a valid 2-wheeler driving license, own two two-wheelers. For safety reasons, he should also wear a good helmet when driving.
