Helpee Health Tech Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Recruiter Executive for our Home Health Care Services division. The role involves hiring qualified nurses and caregivers, conducting offline marketing activities, and onboarding caregivers onto the Helpee Hands Caregivers App.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Nurse & Caregiver Hiring

* Visit colleges, nursing institutes, and training centers to recruit nurses and caregivers

* Conduct field-level sourcing, screening, and initial interviews

* Explain job roles, company policies, and onboarding process

* 

2. Caregiver App Onboarding

* Promote and onboard caregivers onto the Helpee Hands Caregiver App

* Provide training and support for app usage

* Ensure proper documentation and complete profile registration

3. Offline Marketing & Lead Generation

* Conduct offline marketing activities to attract caregivers

* Build and maintain a strong local database of nurses and caretakers

* Develop relationships with institutions and community contacts

4. CRM Management

Maintain accurate caregiver records in CRM systems

Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum qualification: any graduate

* Prior experience in field sales, healthcare recruitment, or operations is an added advantage

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai

* Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Salary & Benefits

* Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month

* Incentives+ Fuel Allowance
