Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales: Meet sales targets by promoting PhonePe services to merchants and customers.

2. Merchant Acquisition: Acquire new merchants and onboard them on the PhonePe platform.

3. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with merchants, understand their needs, and provide solutions.

4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with PhonePe products and services, communicating benefits to merchants.

Requirements

1. Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Target-Oriented: Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.

4. Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn and stay updated on PhonePe products and services.
