Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, expanding distribution, building strong retailer relationships, and ensuring effective market coverage across assigned territories in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong distributor and retailer network in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Identify and onboard new retail outlets, pharmacies, and general trade stores
• Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution at retail points
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition and gather market intelligence
• Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors
• Ensure timely collection of payments
• Submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate records of field activities

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Hygiene (Baby Care/Feminine Care), Beauty or Personal Care (MUST HAVE).
• Experience in General Trade or Modern Trade.
