Job Description

  1. Field Sales Executive – Sreeads (Signage Manufacturing Company) Job Description :- Sreeads is hiring a Field Sales Executive to handle B2B client visits, follow-ups, lead generation, data management, and payment collections. The candidate must have strong communication and negotiation skills with experience in field and B2B sales.
  2. Key Responsibilities:- Visit potential B2B clients and explain our signage & branding solutions.
  • Work on company-provided data and perform regular follow-ups.
  • Generate new leads through market visits, surveys, and networking.
  • Meet businesses like showrooms, retail outlets, banks, hospitals, and corporate offices.
  • Convert leads into confirmed orders using strong negotiation skills.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Handle payment follow-ups to ensure timely collections.
  • Coordinate with the office team for quotations, design approvals, production, and installation updates.
  • Achieve monthly sales and payment collection targets.
  • Submit daily reports on visits, leads, and follow-ups.
  1. Requirements: 2 –3 years of B2B field sales experience (signage/printing)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage both sales and payment recovery.
  • Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
  • Good knowledge of Hyderabad and nearby areas.
  • Basic MS Excel & WhatsApp communication skills.
