Role ObjectiveAs a Field Relationship Manager (FRM), you will be responsible for managing on-ground client interactions, assisting customers with property visits, and ensuring smooth coordination between buyers and owners. The role focuses on relationship building, lead conversion, and delivering a superior customer experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesField Operations: Conduct property site visits with clients and assist them in evaluating suitable options.
  • Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between buyers, owners, and internal teams.
  • Lead Handling: Work on company-provided leads and support conversion through timely follow-ups.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, society members, and customers.
  • Cross-Selling: Promote NoBroker’s value-added services such as Legal Assistance, Home Loans, Painting, etc.
  • Reporting: Update daily activity reports including visits, client feedback, and closures.
  • Market Intelligence: Share on-ground market insights to improve service quality and sales strategy.
  • Eligibility & RequirementsExperience: 0.5 – 3 years in Field Sales, Real Estate, or B2C Sales (Freshers with strong field orientation can also apply).
  • Education: Graduate (any discipline).
  • Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local regional language.
  • Mandatory:

  • Own a two-wheeler
  • Valid driving license
  • Work Style: Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with a 6-day work week (weekends are working).
