Field Sales Executive – Solar Products

On-site / Field Work (Door-to-door, shop visits, canopy activities)

🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar products through canopy sales, pamphlet distribution, and direct customer interaction. The role involves educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and generating leads through door-to-door and shop-to-shop visits.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage canopy stalls in assigned areas to promote solar products
• Distribute pamphlets and explain product features to potential customers
• Conduct door-to-door visits to generate leads and create awareness
• Visit shops and commercial establishments to pitch solar solutions
• Explain product benefits such as cost savings, government subsidies, and long-term value
• Collect customer details and maintain a lead database
• Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales
• Meet daily/weekly sales and lead generation targets
• Provide feedback from customers to improve sales strategies

🔹 Required Skills

• Basic communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales techniques
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language
• Confidence in approaching new customers
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

🔹 Qualification

Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass

Salary: 15k-20k

Increment can provided after 3-4months(Based on your performance)
