Field Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service checks.
• Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs or part replacements.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
• Maintain service records, reports, and documentation for each visit.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex issues.
• Ensure all service activities follow safety standards and company policies.
• Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues quickly.
• Manage tools, spare parts, and equipment inventory.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic electrical/mechanical knowledge
• Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Time management and ability to work independently
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field
• 1–3 years of field service or technical support experience (preferred)
• Valid drivers license with Bike
