Field Technician

Sectorqube is seeking a skilled and reliable Field Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for the installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and timely maintenance of our range of smart locks at client locations. This role involves frequent travel within the assigned area.

• Perform installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of smart lock systems at customer sites.
• Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure on-time completion of scheduled service visits and maintenance tasks.
• Provide technical support and training to clients regarding product usage and features.
• Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation accurately.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional interaction and timely resolution of complaints.
• Coordinate with the backend support team for parts, service updates, and issue escalation.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards during all site visits.
• Should have valid driving license and two wheeler
