Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Locations: Various, including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Bikaner, and Baripada

Key Responsibilities:

- Merchant Acquisition: Acquire new merchants for PhonePe's payment solutions, such as PoS and QR code

- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by upselling and cross-selling products as per business plans

- Customer Relationships: Ensure high-quality merchant interactions and build strong relationships

- Process Improvements: Drive efficiency and process improvements in sales operations

Requirements:

- Education: 12th pass or equivalent

- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant work experience (freshers can apply)

- Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Language: No English language requirement in some locations, basic English knowledge required in others

- Other Requirements: 2-wheeler, Android phone, and good smartphone (min 6GB RAM) required in some roles

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month (average incentives and performance-based bonuses)
