Field Worker

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in a specific territory.

- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers.

- Sales Reports: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

- Market Research: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

Requirements and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience: Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably within the industry.

- Skills:

  - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  - Strong understanding of sales principles and practices

  - Proficiency in CRM software and Sales automation tools

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary: ₹21,000 - ₹24,000 per month + incentives up to ₹5,000 + petrol allowance ₹2,500
