Finance Consultant

Role Overview:

Learnall Solutions is hiring a Zoho Books Consultant with strong knowledge of any popular accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, Focus, Busy, Marg, QuickBooks, or similar systems. Even if the candidate is not an expert in Zoho Books, full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Zoho Books Setup & Implementation

• Configure Zoho Books modules: COA, taxes, GST, templates, items, inventory, approvals, etc.

• Customize workflows to match client business processes.

2. Data Migration (Tally / Focus / Any System → Zoho Books)

• Export and clean data from legacy systems.

• Import customers, vendors, items, opening balances, invoices, and ledgers.

• Perform reconciliation to ensure accurate migration.

3. Client Support & Communication

• Address client queries related to Zoho Books and accounting processes.

• Coordinate with internal teams and Zoho support for issue resolution.

4. Training & Documentation

• Conduct client training on Zoho Books usage.

• Prepare SOPs, process documents, and handover notes.

5. Accounting & GST Knowledge

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.

• Good knowledge of GST, invoicing, credit notes, TDS, and returns.

Training Support

• Full training on Zoho Books will be provided.
