Process                  : General Accounting, APAC region

Reports to               : Assistant Manager

Working Hours        : 7:00AM to 04:00PM

Transport                : Available (Home pick-up and Point drop)

Job Statement

Attend to the GL activities (end-to-end) independently for an entity, activities include journal preparation and processing, Fixed Assets accounting, Reconciliations of various Balance Sheet accounts such as Banks, Prepaid, Accrual accounts, etc., 

Person Specifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in R2R domain in BPO industry
• CA / CMA (Inter) and B COM with 60% at Graduation preferred
• Excellent email writing and verbal communication skills
• Expertize in Balance Sheet Account reconciliation process and aged items clearance
• Strong inter-personal skills
• Should be ready for challenges as a SPOC (Single point of contact) to process owners
• Need to follow the SLA metrics strictly laid down by the business
• Should have strong knowledge on MS Excel
• Flexible to work extended hours, if required based on process requirements

Ø  Ability to work independently and as a team player wherever required

Ø  Need to be self-driven and understand the importance of role & should be able to prioritize his work
