JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Fire Safety Manager to manage fire prevention, emergency response, and statutory compliance in a gated community apartment complex.

The role ensures life safety, asset protection, and adherence to fire safety regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and maintain all fire safety systems (alarms, hydrants, sprinklers, extinguishers).
• Ensure compliance with Fire Department norms, NBC guidelines, and local regulations.
• Conduct fire drills, safety training, and awareness programs for staff and residents.
• Act as Incident Controller during fire and emergency situations.
• Coordinate with AMC vendors and Fire Department officials.
• Maintain fire safety records, audit reports, and compliance documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma / Degree in Fire & Safety or Fire Engineering.

• Fire Safety Officer / Fire Supervisor certification (mandatory).
• Experience in gated communities, high-rise residential, or commercial buildings.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of fire safety systems and statutory compliance.

• Emergency handling and evacuation management skills.
• Good communication and reporting ability.
• Leadership and training capability.

WORK CONDITIONS

Site-based role.

• On-call availability during emergencies.
• Shift duty as required for drills and inspections.

PREFERRED CANDIDATES

Experience in residential townships or high-rise apartments.

• Familiar with Fire NOC processes and audits.
