Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Fish Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in cutting, filleting, and preparing a variety of fish with precision and speed. Attention to hygiene, safety standards, and minimizing waste is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, scale, gut, fillet, and portion different types of fish according to customer and kitchen specifications.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Inspect and ensure the quality and freshness of fish.
• Organize and store fish properly to maintain quality.
• Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times.
• Manage time efficiently to meet demand during busy hours.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a professional Fish Cutter (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of different fish types.
• Ability to work quickly, safely, and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Punctuality and commitment to shift timings.
