Floor Supervisor

We are looking for an active and customer-focused Floor Supervisor to manage day-to-day floor operations at Akan Pub. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth service, supervise staff, and deliver an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced pub environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily floor operations during shifts
• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
• Coordinate with bar, kitchen, and service staff for smooth operations
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and performance
• Ensure SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards are followed
• Assist in staff briefing, training, and shift planning
• Support upselling, promotions, and event execution
• Maintain discipline and ensure a lively yet controlled floor atmosphere
• RequirementsMinimum 2–4 years of experience in pubs, bars, or casual dining
• Prior experience as Floor Supervisor / Captain preferred
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Telugu preferred)
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Customer-oriented, energetic, and presentable
• Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
