Flutter Developer

Job Summary:We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer with 3–4 years of proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building cross-platform mobile apps with high performance and excellent user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver scalable solutions.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications using Flutter (iOS & Android).
• Design and implement clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Work with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services (Firebase, AWS, or similar).
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and security.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional mobile interfaces.
• Lead code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, providing quick solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Flutter and mobile app development.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in Flutter app development.
• Strong understanding of Dart language and Flutter framework.
• Experience with state management techniques (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, etc.).
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Hands-on experience with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics).
• Knowledge of integrating third-party APIs, payment gateways, and SDKs.
• Proficiency with version control (Git, GitHub/Bitbucket).
• Experience in publishing apps to App Store & Google Play.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.
• Good to Have:Knowledge of native iOS/Android development (Swift/Java/Kotlin).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Previous experience in leading a small team or mentoring junior developers.
