About Veda Bharath:

Veda Bharath Natural Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is building trusted, high-quality natural foods for Indian households. We’re expanding our footprint and looking for energetic sales professionals to grow our numeric & weighted distribution, outlet coverage, and retail visibility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own monthly primary & secondary sales vs targets for assigned beats/MT accounts.
  • Distributor/stockist management: onboarding, orders, claims, credit control, inventory & ROI.
  • Beat planning & PPC: 50–70 productive calls/day; route optimization and market coverage.
  • Outlet activation: new store addition, range selling, planogram & display execution, POSM deployment.
  • Visibility & merchandising compliance; ensure promos/schemes are live and billed correctly.
  • Collections & credit hygiene: monitor DSO/ageing, reduce overdues.
  • Data reporting: SFA/Excel updates on sales, competition, returns, near-expiry, and stock health.
  • MT (if applicable): manage listings, planograms, replenishment, fill rates, claim closures, and promos with KAM/buyer.
  • Execute BTL activations, sampling, and local partnerships to drive offtake.
  • Ensure regulatory/commercial documentation accuracy (GST invoices, claims, FSSAI where relevant).


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–4 years in the FMCG field sales. High-potential freshers with FMCG internships may apply.
  • Languages: Telugu + Hindi/English as applicable to the market.
  • Tools: Comfortable with SFA apps (e.g., Bizom/LeadSquared/Salesforce), Excel, and WhatsApp for business.
  • Skills: Negotiation, relationship building, route discipline, numbers ownership, resilience.
  • Education: Any graduate; MBA/PGDM is a plus.
