Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven FMCG Sales Executive to promote and sell our fast-moving consumer goods to retailers, distributors, and other potential customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Visit retail outlets, distributors, and key accounts regularly to ensure strong relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at retail points.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions and provide feedback to management.
  • Collect and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and payment collection.
  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and forecasts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
  • Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably in food, beverages, or personal care).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of local markets and distribution channels.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
