Job Description

Veda Bharath Natural Food Products Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing FMCG company committed to promoting natural, healthy, and indigenous food products, especially traditional rice varieties sourced from across India. We aim to bring sustainable and chemical-free food choices to modern consumers.


We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing distribution channels, and building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Identify and onboard distributors, retailers, and channel partners
  • Manage and expand sales across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and HoReCa segments
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals
  • Ensure strong visibility and placement of products in the market
  • Handle key accounts and build long-term business relationships
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular MIS reports
  • Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns and product positioning

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably in food products)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong network with distributors and retailers in Telangana/AP is preferred
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing / Sales or related field
  • Experience in natural/organic food products will be an added advantage
