Job Description – Senior Sales Manager (FMCG – Rice Products) 

Company: Veda Bharath Natural Food Products Pvt. Ltd. 

Role Overview 

Responsible for driving sales, expanding distribution, and managing the sales team for Veda Bharath’s rice product portfolio. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. 
• Appoint and manage distributors and wholesalers. 
• Lead and monitor the sales team. 
• Expand market coverage in GT, MT, Horeca, and institutional sales. 
• Improve product visibility and execute promotions. 
• Track sales reports, forecasts, and competitor activity. 

Requirements 

• 5–10 years FMCG sales experience (preferably in rice/staples). 
• Strong distributor management and market knowledge. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. 
• Ability to drive a team and deliver results.
