Job Description
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth service
* Manage and guide captains and stewards
* Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns
* Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service
* Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
* Monitor staff performance and attendance
* Assist in staff training and onboarding
* Ensure proper billing and closing procedures
