Food And Beverager Trainer

A Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and drink operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability. Key duties include managing staff, handling inventory and purchasing, developing menus, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and delivering excellent customer service. 

Core responsibilities

• Operations Management: Supervise daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, such as restaurants, bars, and banquets.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate F&B staff to maintain high service standards.
• Inventory and Purchasing: Forecast needs, plan and order supplies, manage inventory, and control costs to stay within budget.
• Menu and Quality Control: Design menus and ensure the quality, presentation, and preparation of food and beverages meet high standards.
• Financial Management: Analyze financial reports, manage the budget, set revenue targets, and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability.
• Customer Service: Ensure guest satisfaction by handling complaints, responding to concerns, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
