What You'll Do:

You’ll be the founder’s right hand and wear multiple hats—here’s what your day might look like:

→ Content & Storytelling: Write clear, human content for blogs, social media, and website.

→ Customer Research: Talk to real users, take feedback, and present insights.

→ Marketing Support: Assist in growth experiments, launching campaigns, and influencer collabs.

→ Operations Help: Be in the field if needed—talk to riders, partners, and vendors. → Build Playbooks: Document internal processes, build Notion pages, and improve efficiency.

→ Travel: Occasionally visit new cities or hubs to meet users and support growth ops.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

→ Has great communication skills—both writing and speaking

→ Is comfortable talking to strangers and building relationships

→ Can write, post, create content (basic Canva is a bonus)

→ Loves startups, chaos, and figuring things out from scratch

→ Doesn’t wait for instructions—takes ownership and solves problems

→ Is willing to travel when required (you’ll be taken care of)

→ Wants to learn how to build a business hands-on with the founder

→ Is hungry, humble, and honest
