What You’ll Be Doing
● Handling day-to-day administrative tasks (banking, documentation, basic coordination)
● Managing schedules, setting up meetings, and ensuring follow-ups are done
● Coordinating with team members, vendors, and external stakeholders
● Assisting in small hiring processes (scheduling interviews, basic coordination)
● Keeping track of tasks assigned across the team and ensuring progress
● Helping organize internal workflows and day-to-day operations
● Being present in discussions and helping capture/action key points
● Taking ownership of small but important operational tasks
