Job Description

Job Summary

The Franchise Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, attracting, and converting potential

investors into franchise partners. The role focuses on promoting the company’s franchise model,

explaining the investment structure, and supporting the onboarding of new franchise outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate franchise leads through digital platforms, referrals, and business networks
  • Explain franchise business models, investment requirements, and expected returns to

prospects

  • Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and follow-ups with potential investors
  • Assist in closing franchise agreements and coordinating documentation
  • Maintain franchise lead database and sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for franchise launch support
  • Research new markets and cities for franchise expansion
  • Prepare reports on franchise enquiries, conversions, and pipeline status
