About the RoleWe are looking for a Front Desk Manager / Receptionist to manage the front office operations, handle appointments, and ensure a smooth customer experience. This role is ideal for candidates with good communication skills and a customer-first approach.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle front desk operations and reception activities
• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries
• Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
• Maintain visitor records and client database
• Generate bills and invoices using basic systems (training provided)
• Ensure smooth customer handling and support
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of computer operations
• Ability to handle calls, scheduling, and front office tasks
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Well-organized and presentable personality

• Age: 24 – 27 years
• Education: 12th Pass or above
• Experience: Freshers can apply
