Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for patients visiting the skin clinic. This role involves managing appointments, handling patient inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all clients.

Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner

Manage patient appointments, bookings, and follow-ups

Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries

Maintain patient records and update information in the system

Coordinate with dermatologists and clinic staff for scheduling

Process billing, payments, and generate invoices

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable

Inform patients about clinic services, treatments, and offers

Handle patient concerns or complaints and escalate when necessary

Maintain confidentiality of patient information

• High school diploma or graduate in any field
• Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (preferably in healthcare or skincare)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude 

• Experience in a dermatology or cosmetic clinic
• Knowledge of skincare treatments and terminology
• Familiarity with billing and insurance processes
